Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-5 days and delivery confirmed by way of email, faxed or telephonic communication.
Note: For any orders outside of South Africa, the purchaserwill have to arrange for collection via thier own courier company at thier own expense. Please see our contact page for our physical address.

Export restriction (Optional)

Orders are subject to the import and custom laws of that country and that Mean Machine Pretoria can not be held responsible if a parcel or item is detained or confiscated due to these laws.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Mean Machine Pretoria is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, Mean Machine Pretoria will refund the client in full within 30 days.  Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a  5 % administration fee

Customer privacy policy
Mean Machine Pretoria shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or  American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Mean Machine Pretoria bank account, the details of will be provided on the this page or on request

Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Mean Machine Pretoria by iVeri who are the approved payment gateway for Nedbank of South Africa.  Users may go to http://www.iveri.co.za/ to view their security certificate and security policy. 

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Mean Machine Pretoria separately from card details which are not stored on the Mean Machine Pretoria website and is passed via SSL to the iVeri System for processing.  For more detail on iVeri refer to http://www.iveri.co.za/

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.  Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Responsibility
Mean Machine Pretoria takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this web site, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods

Country of domicile
This web site is governed by the laws of South Africa and Mean Machine Pretoria chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature,
